This is extremely exciting! Our agents are in class right now with a Realtor.com representative learning all of the advantages of having their listings enhanced on Realtor.com.
One of our agents, Colleen Bechtel, was paying $400 per month just to have this service. Other, non-enhanced agents were paying $20 per listing to have a virtual tour uploaded. This is no longer necessary, as our Broker/Owner, Alison Bechtel has signed up for the Broker Level package so that our agents are assured of getting all of their listing leads from Realtor.com and enjoy all of the marketing perks that go along with that.
Today we learned that according to NAR, 70% of home sellers will choose an agent who will provide a video of the area on Realtor.com vs. an agent who does not. Enhanced versions have this ability.
