Raejean Myers

I help agents take their business to the next level using real estate business systems, leverage, and proven models.

Hi, I'm Raejean Myers, and my friends and co-workers call me Rj. I have the best job in the world! I am the Team Leader at our Ocotillo Market Center in Chandler, Arizona where I help grow our office and the businesses of our agent partners. I also consult with real estate teams all across the country and work with their administrative staff and managers.

I am a big believer in the team concept! I know the models in The Millionaire Real Estate Agent book by Gary Keller are valid because I've lived them. The agents in my market center call me "The Systems Queen" - which translates to Big Nerd - but that's ok! :-) I know how to effectively build, lead, and manage a real estate team working at a high level.

My mission is to have a profound impact on the business lives (and thus the personal lives) of real estate agents. I'm very fortunate that I have that opportunity every day in both of my roles.

My passion is to share what I learn with others - it's why my feet hit the floor each morning.
